Multiple Offender Treatment - ASAM Level One

Redirect Counseling Services offers the least intensive ASAM level of treatment - Level 1 Outpatient Counseling. DHR requires that level 1 services offered to multiple DUI offenders include a minimum of three to nine hours of treatment services per week for a minimum of 17 weeks.
Enrollment in treatment is ONE of the requirements for obtaining a limited driving permit. All multiple offenders who are referred to treatment must participate in treatment for a minimum of 120 days (17 weeks). Multiple offenders who have complied with a treatment plan, can not be required to remain in treatment for more than one year.
The length of treatment will be determined by Redirect based on the offender’s progress and compliance with the treatment plan. When treatment is completed, Redirect will give the offender official documentation of treatment completion which can be submitted to the Department of Driver Services for license reinstatement if eligible.
